Along with this, we need information in the creative brief to start working on your order.

You will also be required to provide technical information, which can include your IP address, browser version, operating system and the time and date at which you visited. This data is also collected through Google Analytics or some similar software.

USAGE OF COLLECTED INFORMATION

First, the information we collect helps us to understand exactly what product you need and what special things would you require in it and secondly the billing information is inevitable for the payment process.

The email addresses are used for communication about order status, comments and opinions and delivery of the finalized product.

This information also helps us to improve our marketing strategies and compile the record of the most retail products.

AMENDMENTS

Cham Design Info may amend its privacy policy for more strict security concerns, if needed. However, the entire amendments about personal information security concerns will be declared with prior notice of the effective date of amended or updated privacy policies.

CONDITIONS OF INFORMATION DISCLOSURE

It is our main priority to avoid the disclosure of information. However, the information disclosure may be necessary if there is a judicial proceeding, court order, or another legal procedure in the country.

Terms and Conditions

REVISION POLICY

The number of revisions your package allows depends on the package you choose, and you can choose as many revisions as stipulated in the package details. Our objective is to provide you with the best services possible and we will continue developing the perfect layout of your web and mobile application until your requirements are satisfied. You are not liable to pay an additional price if the design concepts are not changed. You will have your revised design in 48 hours.

Any changes/revisions requested after the designs are finalized will be treated as a new order and charged separately.

REFUND POLICY

Cham Design Info does not offer refunds in the following situations:

The package is selected, and our primary design concept has been approved.
You have demanded revisions.
The cancellation has been made due to reasons non-related to the company.
The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks of the project.
The company’s policies, or policy, have been violated.
Other company or designer has been approached for the same project.
The creative brief is lacking in the required information.
A complete redesign has been demanded.
The claim has crossed the given ‘request for refund’ time span.
The business is closing or changing its name or business.
In no circumstances will there be a refund for reasons such as 'change of mind', 'disagreement with partner', or other reasons that do not pertain to the service.
If a client subscribes to a service bundle and happens to be dissatisfied with a particular service, a refund will only be applicable on that service and ‘not’ the entire bundle.
The client will not be entitled to any refunds after 7 days, from the date of purchase.
Services including but not limited to Social Media Marketing/Management, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Domain Registration, Logo Copyrights & Trademarks, Web Hosting & Paid Plugins (SSL/DDoS) are not entitled to refunds under any circumstances.
In the case of websites, refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the design and the website is sent for development.
Refund requests will not be entertained once the logo/website designs are approved.
A partial refund (not exceeding 20%) could be availed if the client fails to provide the initial brief for the logo/web design within 7 days of placing the order.

CLAIM YOUR REFUND

You can claim your refund by sending an email at info@chamdesign.info.

As soon as we receive your refund request, we will respond to you at our earliest, once the required analysis is completed, and we will initiate the process.

After you have received your refund, you will not have any rights to any designs submitted by Cham Design Info, the information will be submitted to the Copyright Acquisition of the Government Copyright Agencies to maintain legality.

We believe in providing the best designs and each of our designs is well researched and well crafted.

WE OFFER A SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Our unlimited revisions policy is to make sure that you are satisfied.
We aim at exceeding your expectations and strive to accomplish them.
We do not stop our revisions until you are completely satisfied with your design (the number of revisions will be according to your package).

DELIVERY POLICY

The complete order will be sent to the mentioned account on the date stated on Order Confirmation as well as a confirmation email will also be sent.
The turnaround time will be according to the purchase, the minimum time required is 7 to 30 business days (Depending on the package you choose).

RECORD MAINTENANCE

As a result, Cham Design Info keeps records of finalized designs so that in case of misplaced order, you will receive the exact file.

COMMUNICATION POLICY

Communication via any other platform aside from "...@chamdesign.info" or any other numbers not provided by us or provided on our official website is not the responsibility of Cham Design Info.
Our company is not liable for any damages caused by other contact details not provided by us.
Project activation charges will apply if the client fails to respond over a period of 45 days.
We take full responsibility for all the information provided through our official domains.
